Espirito Biodynamic® Brandy
Aged for over five years in French oak barrels, this brandy unites the flavor and purity of Biodynamically-grown California grapes with the sophistication that comes from aging and old-world techniques. Barrel-aging also gives the spirit more texture and a lustrous golden hue. HOT TODDY

.5 oz lemon juice
1 oz spiced simple syrup
3 oz hot water
5 oz brandy
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
SPICED SIMPLE SYRUP
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 sprig rosemary
1 cinnamon stick
2 whole cloves
Put all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Strain.
ARNOLD PALMER COCKTAIL RECIPE
1 part Lemonade
1 part Lipton Iced Tea Unsweetened
1 part Espirito Brandy
1/2 part simple syrup
